SHIPPING

After the latest announcements from the Irish Government we had to stop our free shipping in Dublin for the next weeks. All our orders in the next period will be shipped with An Post for a fee of 9.00 Euro. Shipping time 1-3 days.

FREE SHIPPING AND FLAT RATE IRELAND/N. IRELAND

Free shipping within Ireland on orders above 150.00€ .

Purchases under 150.00€ are shipped across Ireland at a low flat rate cost of only 9.00€.

If we are forced to charge a different shipping fee, because of an oversize product it will be clearly stated in the product description. No bad surprises with us.

Note that the conditions stated above apply to all locations that can be reached by normal land mail.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Essential Barware ships to the EU and to many other countries (US, UK, Australia and more).

Free Shipping will apply for orders over 200€ in EU.

Free shipping for orders over 400€  in United States, Canada, and Australia

Prices are calculated at a standard package of 1kg.

If you want to have your order shipped to a country that doesn't seem to be on the list please contact us before ordering online. We will find the lowest shipping rate for you and provide all the information on how to proceed.  

Essential Barware will do everything possible to help you out in case of border issues, but cannot be held responsible for delays, taxes or seized items under any circumstances. Customers need to know the laws and restrictions of their own country.

PARCEL PROTECTION

In order to give you full satisfaction, EB pays a lot of attention to packaging and protects the products that will be shipped to you.

Before shipping, each glass and item is carefully and individually checked to be sure that everything is in perfect condition. Glasses are then protected with bubble wrap and other shock absorbing products.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

ORDER CANCELLATION

Most of our orders will be shipped either the same or following business day. So if you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the whole order without any fees. However, if it has already been sent out, you will have to decide if you want to return the item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product, simply contact us and we will help you find something more suitable to your needs. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products and will accept return within the first 30 days, providing that they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We don't charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges can be made by post. A flat rate shipping fee of 12,95€ will apply for Irish orders and we will charge you the same amount you paid to have the item shipped to you for international orders. Once we receive your original product, we will send out your exchanged product within 1 business day.

REFUND POLICY

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please  as soon as possible if you receive an item that is not the one you ordered, that is defective or damaged. We will quickly make an assessment of the situation and issue a refund or send a replacement.

Replacement items will be shipped out within 1 business day after the assessment and refunds will be issued within 1 business day as well.

In fact, we would be terribly sorry if you had to spend a couple of days without good glasses or efficient bar tools! If it is determined that a refund is required. 

Other reasons (Change of mind)

We are happy to offer a full refund for unused products. The returned product has to be unused and unopened (in the original packaging). We cannot accept returns for products showing signs of use or products where the packaging has been damaged or destroyed.

You can determine if an item is suitable for return by following a simple common sense rule: if the item is in the same condition you would expect a new item to be at purchase, then we will accept a return. Remember that we have to re-stock this item so another customer can purchase it.

We offer a full refund or replacement for the price of the purchased products. 

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s). We encourage our clients to send the returned products using a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returned merchandise. In the case of a lost or damaged return, a refund will not be issued.

We will issue a refund once we have received your returned product. Refunds will be issued within 1 business day of receiving the item(s)

Please note that returns are only possible if the have never been used, are in perfect condition and are returned within 30 days after the purchase with the receipt.
